It has little to do with the HBO series but a lot to deliver with the studio’s signature xNudge Wilds. Loosely expanded on the Tombstone slot of theirs, Deadwood is a more solid game with advanced features and fine-tuned math which players who have better risk tolerance will appreciate. All in all, it’d be a nice addition to anyone’s Wild West slots portfolio.
Hunter xNudge® Wild
Unlike Punk Rocker xWays, this game plays with fixed 576 ways.
There are 10 regular symbols which pay up to 3.75x bet. Note that they don’t come stacked, which is a different story with the Hunter xNudge Wild.
The Hunter Wild is a 4-row high Wild symbol which appears on reels 2-4. If you catch even a piece of it, it will nudge to cover the entire reel. And while doing so, it’ll increase the Wild multiplier by 1, so the maximum any xNudge Wild can have is a x4 multiplier. Get all three of them to add up the multipliers for a total Wild multiplier!
There’s another feature which also appears in the base game – The Shoot Out!
Shoot Out Feature
Get the Sheriff Badge symbol on reel 1 and 5 to win the Shoot Out feature. This will turn all low-win symbols (A-10) into Wilds on the middle reels (reels 2-4)!

Deadwood Free Spin Bonuses
Three Scatters anywhere on the screen will trigger a Free Spins bonus choice. You get to choose between two bonuses:

Final Verdict
Some say Deadwood by Nolimit City is the best Old West slot every made. It’s not hard to see where this might come from: it’s got an explosive win potential and polished bonus features inspired by their earlier game, Tombstone. Although the hit frequency is low, bonuses do come up often enough to make this game fun to play. Base game wins tend not to disappoint either as 50x and bigger rewards appear every now and then to bolster motivation to continue playing for the ultimate 13,950x multiplier bounty. And if you happen to like Dead or Alive 2 (NetEnt) or Sticky Bandits (Quickspin), then you will enjoy the xNudge twist that this up-and-coming game developer has put on the Wild West theme that much more.
